Vapor application to refrigerated packaged products. The generation and application of essential oil vapor to solid foods at an industrial level is carried out using patented and industrially tested technology.

The results obtained with surface decontamination technology, using essential oil vapors in vacuum cooling, show that it is highly effective against the main pathogenic microorganisms (Salmonella, Listeria, and E. coli) and spoilage microorganisms, reducing them by between 2 and 5 log CFU/g.

We control spoilage microbiology and extend the shelf life of products, preserving their freshness for longer.
